Copperas Cove EDC Local Business Retention and Development Specialist,

opportunities. He can also provide sales and service growth and expansion
guidance.
Leo Sullivan
spent almost thirty years in advertising agencies and regional marketing
departments on all three coasts focusing on business sales development,
expansion and retention programs for such organizations as Exxon and Dr
Pepper.

Contract Center
The Government Contract Assistance Center helps local businesses
cut through the red tape involved in conducting business with
government entities. Each business client receives assistance in
responding to bids issued by federal, state and local governments.
Assistance includes detailed and individualized information for each
business client. You can also view contracting opportunities with the
General Services Administration by accessing the GSA website from a
computerized counseling station in our Business Information Center. Click here
