A talented and experienced team of community leaders take full charge of maintaining a comprehensive, economic development program for Copperas Cove.

Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are generally held on the fourth Thursday of each month. Agendas are posted on the front door of the Copperas Cove EDC at least 72 hours in advance and are also available for download on this website.
Dan Yancey – Chairman
Position 4 Term Expires September 30, 2012
A native of Wichita Falls, Dan Yancey earned his BS from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls. He served as a commissioned examiner for the Texas Department of Banking before coming to Central Texas and working in professional and executive lending as well as in management administration for two area banks over the last 20 years. He is presently Senior Vice President at First National Bank Texas.
Mr. Yancey is involved in numerous civic and community organizations in Copperas Cove and Killeen. He has served as a director for the Copperas Cove Industrial Foundation, Killeen Industrial Foundation, Fort Hood Area Habitat for Humanity, Greater Fort Hood Area United Way, Communities in Schools and Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation.
